Support Flex Associate

The Support Flex Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring new merchandise is customer ready. This role executes outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, and maintains back-of-house organization, while working closely with merchandising team to place and sign product on the sales floor. This is an hourly position.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
  • Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries, separating cartons by department, processing, removing plastic, and hanging items as needed to ensure product readiness for sales floor. Follow operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with facilities processes, including lighting/recycling programs, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Support merchandising and store fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, price changes, and picking and packing customer orders.
  • Maintain daily operational standards by replenishing supplies, supporting store recovery efforts, and ensuring cleanliness. Organize and properly store tools, supplies, excess stock, fixtures, and other equipment to promote efficiency.
  • Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build knowledge of operational processes and procedures and strengthen performance. Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to enhance execution.
  • Enhance in-store customer experience by warmly acknowledging and assisting customers, supporting the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
  • Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols, supporting store shortage control and minimizing risk.

As a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS), you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals facing behavioral challenges. Competencies

Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health interventions and Ohio behavioral health guidelines.
Skills in communication, documentation, crisis management, and therapeutic interventions.
Experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health needs, including service coordination in diverse settings.

Minimum qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years QBHS/Case Management experience 

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related human services field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in behavioral health
  • Training in therapeutic behavioral interventions and services for individuals with mental health conditions

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with licensed practitioners to assess the individual’s needs and develop treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
  • Ensure all services and interventions remain within the scope of TBS.
  • Provide timely referrals and coordinate services with healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and non-healthcare providers.
  • Support individuals in accessing appropriate resources and services to prevent more restrictive treatment levels.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to help individuals manage behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Support the restoration of daily living and social skills through individualized behavioral interventions.
  • Implement crisis prevention strategies and provide immediate interventions to de-escalate and stabilize situations.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure crisis situations are handled appropriately within the scope of practice.
  • Assist clients in restoring and maintaining daily routines, critical to remaining in home, school, and community environments.
  • Provide support to improve self-management of psychiatric symptoms and daily functioning.
  • Complete case notes and documentation in a timely, clear, and detailed manner in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all records accurately reflect services provided and the individual’s progress, including treatment adjustments and recommendations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the agency, remaining within the scope of practice as a QBHS.
  • Ensure compliance with agency protocols and behavioral health service standards.

Flexible Schedule: The QBHS may work in various hours & settings, including the client's home, school, community, or workplace, depending on the individual’s needs and the care plan.

Background Check

A FBI and BCI background check is required before employment to ensure the safety and security of clients and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job duties
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions, including all 4 seasons (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring)
  • Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including balers, pallet jacks, and straddle stackers, with on-the-job training provided as needed
  • Prepare outbound shipments accurately
  • Other duties assigned as necessary by management
  • Safely operate Ridwell high-roof cargo vans throughout the Portland area
  • Complete between 125 - 150 daily stops efficiently and accurately
  • Collect members' materials from designated bins at their homes
  • Assist with completing remaining stops after finishing your assigned route 
  • Navigate routes effectively using the provided smartphone apps
  • Maintain regular communication with our dedicated Driver Support team regarding route timing
  • Manage loading and unloading of vehicles efficiently
  • Deliver Ridwell bins and new member kits to members’ homes
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with Ridwell members
  • Work safely outdoors and in all weather conditions, various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind
Job Requirements
  • Ability to maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
  • Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must own and be able to use a smartphone and Google or Apple maps
  • Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email.
  • Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and assist with payment processing
