Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate a Class A bobtail truck for local deliveries.
  • Transport steel and other assigned materials following DOT and company safety standards.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Follow delivery routes, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Complete delivery documentation and provide professional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Class A bobtail driving experience.
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to safety.
  • Ability to lift, load, and secure materials as needed.
