The Paint Tech III is responsible for wiping, sanding, and inspecting all parts to be painted, as well as plugging and masking all parts. Other required tasks include blowing water, shot blow of area, and operation of overhead hoist to hang parts. The Paint Tech III will lead, coach, and train in all areas of the paint process.

Essential Duties:

  • Wipe, sand, inspect all parts, up to and, including preparation of painted parts for paint repair
  • Plug and mask all parts and blow all excess water and shot from cavities within the parts to allow for proper paint adhesion and needs to be familiar with the operation of the overhead hoist for hanging parts.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 5S standards. Demonstrate best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all models/products in assigned function
  • Inspect completed parts for quality, validate components to meet production and quality standards
  • Assist in driving back defects to the point of origin along with facilitation of corrective actions
  • Maintain inventory levels by identifying, labeling, stocking, and recording materials and supplies where applicable
  • Assist in training the knowledge and skills of paint processes and equipment functions
  • Lead team in various functions, as necessary
  • Responsible for PT/ED (Pre-treatment/E-Coat) and WWT (Water Treatment)
  • Other duties, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing
  • Previous paint processing experience (at least 2-3 years)
  • Expert level of computer, math, and reading skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment and processes
  • Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly (incl formulas)
  • Ability to communicate with leadership and fellow team members in both written and verbal forms at a level above standard

  • Identify new markets and partners to help scale within those regions
  • Work closely with large partners to build customized sales programs
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment
  • Work closely with sales enablement and partner marketing to build outstanding partner enablement, communication and engagement plan
  • Develop and execute New Partner Agreements for AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM - including reseller, distributor, referral, authorized viadistributor.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7-10 years working with channel partners in developing partner programs - specifically in security, networking, software and/or enterprise
  • Experience with partner on-boarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketingandpartner enablement.
  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication
  • Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts
  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 with a 50/50 split + benefits
