Responsibilities

Responsible for all incoming UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments, as well as minimal outgoing shipments.

Verify and inspect all parts orders received.

Correspond directly with service department to dispatch incoming parts to technicians for work orders.

Unload incoming shipments from trucks and stock items on shelves.

Cross train with parts department and assist customers with purchases as needed.

Other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Must be highly detail oriented.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Hi/Lo (forklift) certified preferred, will train.

Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.

Valid driver's license.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Employs special educational strategies and techniques during instruction to improve the development of the student as defined in the IEP

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The following positions or movements are typical of the job: sitting, walking, running, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping, kneeling, and crawling, often for extended periods of the workday. Assignments may require the ability to physically move clients during possible physical interventions in order to maintain a safe learning environment.

EXPECTED SCHEDULE

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position that follows the CoVE calendar, which includes ESY. Days and hours of the work week are agreed upon by the Vista Executive Director of Educational Programs and the Carlisle Area School District.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid and active Instructional I or II Special Education Certification from the Commonwealth of PA required
  • Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders required, with knowledge of inclusion practices and Applied Behavior Analysis programming preferred
  • Successful completion and renewal of emergency prevention & intervention strategies required
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, including First Aid & CPR required
  • Successful completion of all required PA Department of Education training required
  • Ability to implement, train, and coach other staff on the implementation of services and proper crisis prevention and intervention techniques required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Master's degree in special education preferred

  • Food Handler's card must be obtained within six months after hire.
  • Upon recommendation for hire, a criminal background and National FBI check is required to determine suitability for hire, including a 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
  • May require possessing and maintaining a valid driver's license, (no DUIs or major traffic citations within the last three years).
  • If required, must meet the Tohono O'odham Nation tribal employer's insurance requirements to receive a driver's permit to operate program vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering & Integration 
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for SAP BRIM data using SAP tools and modern data platforms. 
  • Develop integration strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize replication across SAP and external systems. 
  • Optimize data migration and delta load processes for high-volume environments. 
  • Analytics & Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in ETL tools, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud. 

 Skills:     
  • Strong SQL, ABAP for data extraction, and familiarity with SAP BTP for event-driven data processing. 
  • Knowledge of API integration and data governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills:
  • SAP BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416). 
  • Experience with utilities or transportation industry data models.
