What You Will Need :
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Basic computer skills

- Basic Industrial Maintenance Experience
What Will Put You Ahead :
- Experience performing maintenance trades such as welding, pipefitting, fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearings, lubrication, pump and piping systems, or hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with safe work practices, such as Pre-Job Hazard Analysis (PJHA), confined spaces, job task permitting, etc.
- Trade school certification or degree in a maintenance related field, or relevant military experience
- Experience with precision maintenance, such as laser alignment and/or dial indication

Under general supervision, the Server is responsible for the day-to-day setup, clearing, cleaning, and resetting of the dining room. Duties include taking menu orders and serving meals to residents and guests in a timely, courteous, and gracious manner, while consistently providing excellent customer service.
Schedule Available:
Part-time: Saturday- Sunday 6:30am-10:30am
Part-Time: Saturday- Sunday 3:30pm-7pm.
Part-time: Weekend availability. To discuss schedule further at time of interview.
Full-time: Mon-Fri weekday availability, 30+ hours
Pay range: $17+ per hour, depending on experience
Job Duties:
- Greets residents and guests promptly as they arrive at their table;
- Records accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system;
- Explains how menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods;
- Informs guests of daily specials, makes recommendations;
- Carries service tray in correct placement of orders to facilitate service of food and beverages;
- Works safely, consistently using designated safety equipment (personal protective equipment- PPE);
- Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned;
- Refills beverages throughout the meal service
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior food service, fast food or restaurant experience
- Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred
- Availability that includes evenings, weekends, & holidays

Under general supervision, the Concierge supports the care, safety, and well-being of residents in Residential Living. This role fosters awareness of residents’ needs and interests, promoting independence and engagement while maintaining privacy and rights. The Concierge coordinates guest services by assisting residents, visitors, and vendors; providing information in person and by phone; and operating office equipment while performing general clerical duties. As a company representative, the Concierge is expected to maintain a professional demeanor and support resident satisfaction.
Available Part Time Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 8am-7pm
Pay ranges: $17+ depending on years of experience
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- One year experience working with elderly requiring memory support, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Prefer three years’ clerical experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Computer skills using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, faxing, copying and the use of a paper shredder; minimum one year
